Every document Dokkett delivers is sealed, signed, timestamped, and logged. That gives four things at once: proof of who sent it, what exactly was sent, when, and proof the record has not been touched since. Here is what that means, without the jargon.

Each practitioner is issued a personal digital certificate — like an ID card only Dokkett can hand out. Signatures are tied to a named Law Society member, never an anonymous login.

What was sent
A tamper-proof signature on the document
When a document is sent, Dokkett seals it with the sender's certificate — inside the PDF itself. Change even a single comma afterwards and the seal visibly breaks.
Like a wax seal, but mathematical — and it travels with the file. Anyone can check it in free tools like Adobe Reader, with no Dokkett account.
When it happened
An independent timestamp
Right after signing, an outside timekeeping service — not Dokkett, not the sender — vouches for the exact moment. The signer cannot back-date or post-date it.
An impartial clock the sender does not control.
Proof nothing changed
An un-editable history
Every step — sent, opened, acknowledged — is written into a chained ledger where each entry locks in the one before it. Delete or alter any past step and the chain visibly breaks for everyone. Once a week the whole ledger is sealed with its own timestamp.
Like registered mail with a tracking history that cannot be quietly rewritten.
What this means for you
